"Seeing Yourself Through God's Eyes- Transforming Self-Talk through Scripture," is an in-person course that blends faith and psychological principles to help you cultivate a healthy self-image and positive self-talk, grounded in biblical teachings.
Each group has a maximum of 10 participants, allowing for a space of both community and individualized support.
