FORGE- FAITH AND FITNESS DISCIPLESHIP: BUILDING A LIFE THROUGH FAITH AND FITNESS PRINCIPLES

FORGE- FAITH AND FITNESS DISCIPLESHIP: BUILDING A LIFE THROUGH FAITH AND FITNESS PRINCIPLES
How do we become who God created us to be? How do we live our lives fulfilling the tasks and purpose He has given us? Are habits and goals really important? How do physical health & spiritual health effect each other?  How do goals, intake and exercise work together in overall wellness? Join us for an interactive experience and walk through the Word, learn application and discuss answers to those questions.

We believe that each person is God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus, and has good works to carry out (Ephesians 2:10).  We know that every person has the potential to grow into the person God has designed them to be. By aligning physical health and spiritual wellbeing, we not only fulfill our individual purpose but also inspire others to do the same.
If you would like to discover the power of faith and fitness in forging a life built on a strong foundation in Christ, please reach out.  We have various training options (varying in duration) available for groups to book their own interactive experience.

Sessions take place in Lumberton, NC
Lesson content is also available if you are not local but would like to implement this faith & fitness discipleship curriculum on your own/with your group.

Meet Jonna Davis

My name is Jonna Davis. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina. I have experience in helping clients work through grief and trauma; helping them work on goals, habits, motivation, self esteem/self-image, improving concentration, memory and focus (adhd); and addressing anxiety and depression. The treatment modalities I use vary, but I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness Based Therapy. I take a holistic approach in the treatment I provide. I believe everyone is on a journey and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to wellness, healing and wholeness takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
